Douglas County Smart Energy will be offering three free workshops for Pacific Power customers about significant savings on energy efficient ductless heat pumps through the Energy Trust of Oregon. 

The first workshop will be held at 6:30 p.m., Thursday, Fab. 7 in the Ford Room at the Roseburg Public Library, 1409 NE Diamond Lake Blvd. Next, a workshop will be held at 6:30 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 13 at the Sutherlin Community Center, 150 Willamette St. The last workshop will be held at 6:30 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 20 at the Myrtle Creek Elks Lodge, 106 S. Main St.
