My husband loves Havarti and pears, so the second I saw this recipe combining both delicious flavors, I was excited. With Easter coming up, this is a great dish to make or bring along to your brunch. The combination of cheese and fruit is divine. There is an elegance to this dish, but it is also very easy (my favorite).

I also used my Kitchen Aid mixer attachment to slice the pears perfectly thin. I use this attachment often. If you don’t have this attachment, make sure to slice the pears very thin and not to have big pieces of skin.

Wishing you a joyful Easter!

"I also used my Kitchen Aid mixer attachment to slice the pears perfectly thin. I use this attachment often." What is this attachment called if people want to check it out more?
