A Roseburg man arrested Tuesday for violating a release agreement was found with nearly a half pound of methamphetamine and packing materials, according to police.

After searching McGregor, detectives found 207 grams of methamphetamine, packaging materials, a set of scales and an undisclosed amount of cash.

This is the second time DINT has arrested McGregor this month.

Eight days before Tuesday’s arrest, detectives arrested McGregor for heroin and methamphetamine possession and delivery.

Rebecca Lowry, 27, of Winston, was arrested with McGregor and charged with heroin and methamphetamine possession. She also had three warrants for her arrest.

Lowry is still in the Douglas County Jail.

McGregor was lodged in the jail on suspicion of methamphetamine possession, methamphetamine delivery and for violating a release agreement.

Meth and cocaine...pure poison for the individual and society. Dealing meth is certainly going to lead to a customers addiction and future criminal activity.

Maybe they need to keep his butt locked up until he can be shipped off to prison.
