A man caught huffing compressed air for the second day in a row was arrested Tuesday afternoon after police were told the man had returned to the Wal-Mart parking lot.

While police were contacting the man, identified as Scott Randolph Smith, 44, of Roseburg, he continued to huff air from a can of Dust-Off, according to police.

He was arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of inhalants and lodged at the Douglas County Jail in lieu of $2,500 bail.

On Monday, police found Smith unconscious in the same parking lot with a can of compressed air still in his hand and several empty air canisters surrounding him.

Smith was awakened by police and cited and released on suspicion of unlawful possession of inhalants.
