Refused burgers, man tries to destroy golden arches

A man attempted to destroy McDonalds’ golden arches after the establishment refused to make him 30 double cheeseburgers last Friday in Sutherlin, police said.

Jedediah Ezekiel Fulton, 37, was allegedly upset that the fast food chain wouldn’t make him the burgers so he destroyed a banner and tried to destroy the golden arches, according to the Sutherlin Police Department.

Fulton grabbed the collar of a person’s shirt when they tried to confront him. During the confrontation, a witness afraid for person’s life pulled out a gun, according to police.

Fulton was arrested on suspicion of second-degree disorderly conduct, second-degree criminal trespass, second-degree criminal mischief and harassment.

I don't eat there, but you're right. I looked at the DC Meal price. But is the price, or his behavior the issue? The correction police are always vigilant in here.

I believe it! I ordered and paid for 12 fish sandwiches on Good Friday and they "misplaced" the order. It took 1 1/2 hours to FINALLY get the order.

Not very good reporting. What did McDonalds have to say? How about the bystanders,
any comments there? A call to the perp’s family, any comments? The police, any comments? Nobody? Or didn’t the reporter make those calls?

Douglas County Mugshots by last name only is an eye opener.

Last time I looked a double cheese burger at McDonad's was $4.79 x 30 =$142.70. I sincerely doubt this goof had 142 ANYTHING. He's just a nut case pain trying to cause a stir Our streets are overrun with AH like him. Good for McDonald's. I wouldn't have given him a lukewarm cup of coffee!

Schmangie

I thought the double chz was on the value menu for a buck. Maybe 2 bucks? Only $30 or $60 total. Or is the Sutherlin McD's way overpriced?

Johnconner1978

Your an AH behind a computer. I grew up with this kid. He is a peaceful dude. I would take a lukewarm cup of coffee and spit it in your face. This guy rarely...if ever gets in trouble so kisss off nerd

Louloubird

Hahaha... oh wait, you're serious, let me laugh even harder BAHAHAHAHA... a double cheeseburger is a dollar and some change, not $4+...

ralpho

Great pic. This guy shows all the tattoed arrogance of a Viking warlord. I suggest he be sentenced to fite in the MMA. He will learn respect, there.

Johnconner1978

Your an AH. P off

Johnconner1978

Need respect? Wont get from a trash talker like you who judges a man by tattoos. Idiot

Myselfandme

lots More to the story than this however I can tell you no one refuses to make any paying customers food.
He was not refused anything till he acted a fool.

Johnconner1978

Til he acted a fool? Your an idiot. Were you there? No. STFUp

All of this resulted in a bunch of 2nd degree charges which = more money in the judicial systems pocket. As someone else posted, why wouldn't they make him the burgers? His reaction was unacceptable, regardless of the reason. But is he mentally ill? If so, why are we treating the mentally ill like criminals?

Johnconner1978

He is not mentally ill. Possibly drinking.

pwchoices

A good guy with a gun stopped a bad guy with a...bad attitude? Criminal intent? The munchies?

Johnconner1978

Not a bad guy. This dude would feed you and clothe you if you were down and out. I think he was drinking cuz i grew up with him and never saw him start trouble. Most people get stupid when they drink. Of course i have had really rude restaurant workers give attitude. Never know

Mogie

Strange their business is selling burgers. Has to be more to this story. Was he drunk? Did they have a problem with him ordering and not paying? If I go into Burger King I am pretty sure they wouldn't have a problem with an order of 30 burgers. Very odd.
