A Roseburg man was arrested for allegedly yelling and harassing employees at a Dollar Tree in Roseburg.

Police contacted Travis Allen Blevins, 57, of Roseburg, at approximately 8:15 p.m. near the discount store in the 700 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard.  Blevins appeared to be intoxicated and was yelling and harassing an employee and multiple customers, according to police.

Blevins was arrested on suspicion of second-degree criminal trespass, second-degree disorderly conduct and drinking in public.

He was lodged at the Douglas County Jail.

This is Mr Blevins 21st arrest for basically the same charge. If it wasn't for jail food he'd starve!
