A Roseburg woman was arrested in the wee hours Wednesday morning after damaging several cars in a car lot by walking on them.

Jilasia Shipley-Dutton, 34, was caught standing on top of a car in the lot at Lithia Dodge, Jeep & Chrysler by a security guard around 1 a.m.

Officers detained Shipley-Dutton —who resisted arrest and kicked several officers — after she tried to leave the scene.

She was lodged in the Douglas County Jail and charged with first-degree criminal mischief, resisting arrest, attempting to assault a public safety officer and a probation violation.
