Roseburg has an issue of corruption in its police department, DA's office, and clerks office. They would rather spend money covering wrongdoings than following the laws, sorta a pic and choose thing it seems. With a local government like this no wonder Roseburg considered most dangerous in Oregon funny whom the criminals are though. Cant wait until DA and Clerk up for election. If your the opponent come see me.
