Douglas County sheriff

6:37 a.m. — Caller says he was just jumped by multiple subjects who came from a vehicle that belongs to the caller’s ex-wife in the 11000 block of North Myrtle Creek Road, Myrtle Creek.

9:53 a.m. — Man walking along the train tracks is throwing rocks at passing vehicles near the intersection of Northeast Stephens Street and Taft Drive, Roseburg.

10:00 a.m. — Office employee found a duffle bag filled with needles in the 1100 block of Riddle Bypass Road, Riddle.

2:27 p.m. — Someone told the caller she won the lottery and that they would pay off the caller’s credit cards, but now the individual is demanding money and calling the house every few minutes in the 100 block of Stella Court, Roseburg.

8:32 p.m. — Intoxicated individual just got into a pickup truck and drove away from the 5300 block of Northeast Stephens Street, Roseburg.

9:39 p.m. — Ten-year-old brother is throwing and breaking things in the 200 block of Fern Drive, Elkton.

ACCIDENTS

8:47 p.m. — Someone hit and knocked down a stop sign near the intersection of Fort McKay Road and Cole Road, Oakland.

FIRES

4:39 p.m. — Transients started a fire inside a condemned house and there is smoke coming out of the windows and in the 8800 block of Old Highway 99 South, Dillard.

ARRESTS

The News-Review publishes the names of individuals who have been arrested on suspicion of at least one felony charge or three misdemeanors or a combination of felony and misdemeanor charges.

Santino Mario Sandoval, 36, of Grants Pass, on suspicion of first-degree burglary.

Douglas Interagency Narcotics Team

Kristy Kay Parham, 38, of Riddle, on suspicion of methamphetamine possession.
