Douglas County sheriff

12:18 a.m. — Caller said people are in her yard digging again in the 200 block of Valley View Drive, Sutherlin.

1:16 a.m. — A man is assaulting a woman that is screaming for help, he has a piece of wood with nails in it in the 500 block of Plateau Drive. Roseburg.

5:45 a.m. — A man with a purple scarf is cornering customers and refusing to leave, he told the caller he is special ops with the government in the 400 block of North Main Street, Canyonville.

9:03 a.m. — Caller has three llamas and a goat in her yard and she doesn’t know who they belong to in the 15000 block of Highway 42, Camas Valley.

1:21 p.m. — Sex crimes in Yoncalla.

2:31 p.m. — A woman is walking back and forth across the highway, stopping traffic and hitting cars as they go by in the 9800 block of Highway 42, Tenmile.

4:04 p.m. — Unattended death in Azalea.

6:11 p.m. — Unattended death in Tenmile.

Douglas County sheriff

James Francis Bigelow, 39, of Brookings, on suspicion of two counts of driving while suspended, attempting to elude a police officer on foot, attempting to elude a police officer by car and reckless driving.

Raymond Michael Gambrell, 48, of Roseburg, on suspicion of failing to register as a sex offender and third-degree theft.

Elijah Mathew Gunn, 18, of Wolf Creek, on suspicion of attempting to elude a police officer by car, reckless driving and two counts of recklessly endangering another person.

Christopher John Trotta, 30, no address provided, on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants, recklessly endangering another person, fourth-degree assault and reckless driving.

Roseburg police

Caleb Lee Irvin, 37, no address provided, on suspicion of two counts of second-degree criminal trespass, third-degree theft, two counts of second-degree failure to appear.
