Douglas County sheriff

8:44 a.m. — Caller has a large amount of hair, bones and teeth in the front of his shattered windshield after hitting a cow in the 7000 block of Lookingglass Road, Roseburg.

9:22 a.m. — A man is throwing things over the bank and acting suspicious after hitting a log truck head on in the 4000 block of Territorial Highway, Curtin.

10:43 a.m. — Caller noticed that a dog is getting skinnier and skinnier each time she sees it tied outside int he 100 block of Lover’s Lane, Myrtle Creek.

11:12 a.m. — Unattended death in Tiller.

11:35 a.m. — Sex crimes in Yoncalla.

5:40 p.m. — Caller’s ex-girlfriend is stalking her int he 100 block of Taft Drive, Roseburg.

8:20 p.m. — Missing person in Roseburg.

ACCIDENTS

4:47 a.m. — A semi flipped and is upside down near milepost 26 on Highway 38, Elkton.

11:39 a.m. — An SUV went over the snowbank near milepost 88 on Highway 138 East.

FIRES

3:46 p.m. — Oven on fire in the 600 block of Callahan Drive, Roseburg.

ARRESTS

Wednesday

Douglas County sheriff

Holly Hope Hopkins, 26, of Merlin, on suspicion of stolen vehicle possession, unauthorized motor vehicle use and being a fugitive from another state.

Michael Anthony McDonald, 33, no address provided, on suspicion of stolen vehicle, providing false information to a police officer and unauthorized motor vehicle use.
