Douglas County sheriff

6:33 a.m. — Caller’s 15-year-old son refuses to get out of bed in the 100 block of Tessia Lane, Myrtle Creek.

7:11 a.m. — A half-clothed man is talking to himself in the middle of the road in the 100 block of Main Street, Riddle.

10:02 a.m. — Unattended death reported in Roseburg.

10:52 a.m. — Sex crimes reported in Canyonville.

11:18 a.m. — A stray cat has wandered onto the caller’s property and won’t leave in the 100 block of Pleasant Avenue, Roseburg.

11:46 a.m. — A man flying a drone over the road and the entrance to the landfill is “freaking out” drivers in the 300 block of McLain West Avenue, Roseburg.

12:57 p.m. — Caller is complaining about her neighbor’s 20-plus cats which spray and poop on her property in the 500 block of Harlan Avenue, Drain.

3:13 p.m. — Someone broke into the caller’s house and plugged in a refrigerator in the 10000 block of Azalea Glen Road, Glendale.

3:30 p.m. — Stolen ditch wench in the 300 block of Corn Creek Road, Days Creek.

3:43 p.m. — Caller can hear the neighbor’s thumping music with the windows closed and the TV on in the 700 block of Crest Drive, Canyonville.

4:00 p.m. — Caller said he’s dying of cancer and wants the transients living under the bridge cleared out so he can fish before he goes in the 8100 block of Old Highway 99 South, Winston.

4:01 p.m. — Sex crimes reported in Reedsport.

4:25 p.m. — Caller is very upset that his neighbor is on his property putting a fence back up in the 500 block of Gilbert Avenue, Glendale.

10:30 p.m. — Caller’s husband tried to confront a man possibly burglarizing their neighbor’s house in the 1000 Block Laura Street, Myrtle Creek.

10:55 p.m. — Several people are standing in the yard grinding and welding things and running a backhoe at the intersection of Wilcox Avenue and Cole Road, Oakland.


9:15 p.m. — Hit-and-run reported in the 500 block of John Long Road, Yoncalla.

Douglas County sheriff

Charity Hope Allen, 40, of Roseburg, on suspicion of methamphetamine possession and parole violation.

Lawrence Orrin Enz, 46, of Roseburg, on suspicion of methamphetamine possession, four counts of parole violation and driving while suspended.

Rishell Irene Hurd, 53, of Grants Pass, on suspicion of fourth-degree assault, second-degree criminal mischief, second-degree disorderly conduct and probation violation.

Reedsport police

Zachary Ryan White, 22, of Gardiner, on suspicion of methamphetamine possession, firearm possession and failure to carry an operators license.

Roseburg police

Courtney Ann Adams, 20, of Roseburg, on suspicion of MDMA possession, third-degree theft, second-degree failure to appear, driving while suspended and controlled-substance possession.

Michael Raymond Louche, 45, of Roseburg, on suspicion of two counts of first-degree theft, second-degree theft, second-degree criminal trespass and third-degree criminal mischief.
