12:48 a.m. — A woman saw someone walking around her house with a flashlight in the 100 block of Winnie Walker Lane, Glendale.

1:37 a.m. — A man was carrying a sleeping bag in the 100 block of D Lee Lane, Myrtle Creek.

2:01 a.m. — Man is blaring music and randomly yelling in the 5200 block of Northeast Stephens Street, Roseburg.

10:11 a.m. — Caller wanted to relay that the 26 goats that showed up to her property on Friday are still there in the 200 block of Leah Court, Oakland.

11:06 a.m. — Caller’s sister used her ID when she got pulled over in the 19000 block of Highway 42, Camas Valley.

1:59 p.m. — Man keeps staggering into the road at the intersection of Old Highway 99 South and Dillard Gardens, Dillard.

2:15 p.m. — There’s a dog inside a parked car with the windows rolled up in the 100 block of South Pine Street, Canyonville.

2:47 p.m. — Cougar killed the caller’s sheep in the 300 block of Little Valley Road, Roseburg.

4:43 p.m. — Caller overheard a woman talking about a woman with 34 dogs in a two-bedroom apartment in the 1000 block of North Old Pacific Highway, Myrtle Creek.

6:45 p.m. — Elderly couple is stuck in the snow at the intersection of Little River Road and Cool Water Camp Road, Glide.

8:38 p.m. — Husband is throwing chairs and trying to break a car with a baseball bat in Mar-Wan Court, Myrtle Creek.

9:09 p.m. — Caller’s 87-year-old hypoglycemic husband went to look for the elderly couple stuck in the snow without food or water in the 400 block of Ryan Height Lane, Roseburg.


6:21 a.m. — House on fire in the 700 block of Wood Crest Road, Myrtle Creek.

Joshawa Cole River Delgado, 22, of Oakland, on suspicion of criminally-negligent homicide.

Terry Evan Dewitt, 45, of Springfield, on suspicion of attempt to commit a class C felony, second-degree theft, second-degree criminal mischief, second-degree criminal trespass and two counts of methamphetamine possession.

Justin Todd Dockery, 27, of Yoncalla, on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants, recklessly endangering another person and parole violation.

Matthew James Webb, 46, of Roseburg, on suspicion of two counts of driving while suspended, two counts of failure to appear on a criminal citation and second-degree failure to appear.

Billy Knut Wallace, 40, of Roseburg, on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants, methamphetamine possession and methamphetamine delivery.

Roseburg police

Jordan Lee Godel, 23, of Roseburg, on suspicion of first-degree sex abuse.

Brian Ray Delsie, 37, of Roseburg, on suspicion of two counts of harrassment and parole violation.
