Douglas County sheriff

2:30 a.m. — Several intoxicated underage subjects are trying to determine who is the least intoxicated to drive in the 1000 block of Cook Street, Myrtle Creek.

10:39 a.m. — Construction crew has a dog that is allowed to roam free and it keeps coming into the caller’s yard and chased a goose out of its nest in the 900 block of Orchard Lane, Roseburg.

10:44 a.m. — Law enforcement was in the area where a school field trip was supposed to happen in the 400 block of River Forks Park Road, Roseburg.

12:02 p.m. — Male transient has a hammock tied up between two trees in the 400 block of South Canyon Street, Canyonville.

2:33 p.m. — Sex crimes reported in Winston.

2:54 p.m. — Two subjects are fighting in a home that has a “large number of knives” inside in the 300 block of Meadow Lane, Myrtle Creek. The caller is concerned the subjects are destroying the house.

5:03 p.m. — Caller believes her neighbor is neglecting a sick cat because while the cat lays in the driveway motionless, the owner walks by occasionally and nudge the cat with their foot in Roseburg.

5:16 p.m. — Two juveniles are throwing basketballs and paint at passing vehicles near the intersection of Oak Street and East Second Avenue, Riddle.

5:16 p.m. — Male juvenile was picking on a little girl who just got off the bus near the intersection of Grange Road and Andorra Drive, Roseburg.

ACCIDENTS

10:24 p.m. — Caller hit a cow that was in the roadway in the 8000 block of Castle Avenue, Roseburg.

10:28 p.m. — A vehicle rolled over on Interstate 5 southbound near milepost 118, Winston.

Douglas County sheriff

Michael Lloyd Chrismer, 23, of Riddle, on suspicion of first-degree burglary, first-degree theft, first-degree theft by receiving, methamphetamine possession and tampering with physical evidence.

Anna Marie Fladager, 51, of Roseburg, on suspicion of second-degree criminal trespass and two counts of second-degree failure to appear.

Nearia William Pinnell, 47, of Glendale, on suspicion of two counts of first-degree theft, two counts of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, second-degree criminal trespass and a probation violation.

Douglas Interagency Narcotics Team

Theodore Eugene Green, 34, of Roseburg, on suspicion of two counts of methamphetamine possession, fourth-degree assault, menacing, strangulation and harassment.

Roseburg police

Jack Allen Bisbee, 61, of Glide, on suspicion of depositing trash within 100 yards of water, second-degree criminal trespass and first-degree criminal trespass.
