Douglas County sheriff

1:12 a.m. — Caller thinks someone is trying to kill her because someone walked by the back window and the front door in the 300 block of Sol Abraham Avenue, Glendale.

3:33 a.m. — Man has a knife and is threatening to kill the caller and her boyfriend in the 7700 block of Azalea Glen Road, Glendale.

4:51 a.m. — Caller woke up to a flashlight shining through his window in the 3000 block of Cougar Creek Road, Oakland.

7:52 a.m. — A man is pounding on a bag with a stick or a baseball bat near the intersection of Old Highway 99 South and Landers Avenue, Roseburg.

10:22 a.m. — Caller is concerned about the stray cat population “exploding” in her trailer park in the 200 block of Apricot Lane, Roseburg.

12:32 p.m. — Man is beating his girlfriend, dragging her around the house and yelling at her in Roseburg.

2:44 p.m. — Man at the homeless camp is cutting down trees with a chainsaw in the 1800 block of Southeast Mill Street, Roseburg.


8:40 a.m. — An RV crashed through a cattle fence near the intersection of Old Highway 99 South and Edies Lane, Myrtle Creek.

2:25 p.m. — A white car was swerving before is drove off the road on Interstate 5 near milepost 117, Roseburg.

3:44 p.m. — Caller heard honking, yelling and can see someone lying on the ground in the 100 block of Sixth Street, Glendale.


The News-Review publishes the names of individuals who have been arrested on suspicion of at least one felony charge or three misdemeanors or a combination of felony and misdemeanor charges.


Douglas County sheriff

Tyler Bradley Davis, 19, of Roseburg, on suspicion of nine counts of fraudulent use of a credit card, eight counts of second-degree theft by receiving, second-degree forgery and methamphetamine possession.

Elijah Gregory Robinson, 21, of Idleyld Park, on suspicion of methamphetamine possession and third-degree theft.

Roseburg police

Timothy James Germond, 36, of Roseburg, on suspicion of second-degree trespass, resisting arrest, and second-degree criminal mischief.

Beau Ryan Hall, 23, of Roseburg, on suspicion of second-degree theft and first- and second-degree criminal trespass.

Tiffany Kay Tibbetts, 20, of Roseburg, on suspicion of methamphetamine possession.

Sutherlin police

Bobby Ray Louis Reams, 33, of Roseburg, on suspicion of first-degree possession of material depicting sexually explicit conduct of a child, first-degree encouraging child sex abuse and using child in display of sexually explicit conduct.
