8:17 a.m. — A sick cat has been sleeping in the caller’s doghouse all night in the 5300 block of Grange Road, Roseburg.
10:08 a.m. — Neighbor put up a fence in the right of way that the caller has been using for 70 years in the 4300 block of South Myrtle Road, Myrtle Creek.
11:01 a.m. — A man stole a work truck to get home to Myrtle Point after he was fired from a job site at the intersection of Weatherly Creek Road and Highway 38, Scottsburg.
1:22 p.m. — Needle in the middle of the road in the 200 block of Happy Valley Road, Roseburg.
1:45 p.m. — Unattended death reported in Roseburg.
2:09 p.m. — Train blocking the intersection in the 7500 block of Old Highway 99 North, Roseburg.
4:03 p.m. — Caller got stuck in the snow in a 2005 GMC Sierra near milepost 86 on Highway 138, Diamond Lake.
4:32 p.m. — Caller found a broken crack pipe and something bloody with a needle in the 2200 block of Cannon Avenue, Roseburg.

Robert Edward Evans, 43, of Myrtle Point, on suspicion of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, possession of a stolen vehicle and methamphetamine possession.
Daniel David Poen, 34, of Reedsport, on suspicion of methamphetamine possession.
Phillip Michael Queener, 30, of Eugene, on suspicion of assaulting a public safety officer, interfering with a police officer and resisting arrest.
Sarah Brooke Davis, 37, of Myrtle Point, on suspicion of two counts of recklessly endangering another person, reckless driving and second-degree criminal mischief.
Timothy James Ray, 40, of Roseburg, on suspicion of first-degree robbery, second-degree disorderly conduct, unlawful use of a weapon and a probation violation.
