Douglas County sheriff

4:48 a.m. — A 27-year-old man is drunk, being violent and looking for someone to fight in the 400 block of South Canyon Street, Canyonville.

7:27 a.m. — Caller is concerned because one of the four people threatening to beat him up may be wearing metal cleats at the intersection of Old Highway 99 South and M Street, Roseburg.

9:00 a.m. — Caller’s neighbors are harassing and yelling at the person moving his lawn, but the caller believes it’s OK to mow before 10 a.m. in the 2500 block of Austin Road, Roseburg.

10:12 a.m. — Caller’s 23-year-old son is sitting on her car and won’t let her leave, he also took the hat off her head in the 100 block of Promise Avenue, Roseburg.

12:33 p.m. — A young girl’s clothes and leg braces were dropped off in the 7800 block of Nonpareil Road, Sutherlin.

7:25 p.m. — Caller can hear a number of gunshots and yelling coming from the apartments at the intersection of Maple Street and East Second Avenue, Riddle.

8:13 p.m. — Staff accidentaly locked the caller and his wife in the fairgrounds while they were on their evening walk in the 2100 block of Frear Street, Roseburg.

8:32 p.m. — A man tried to drive his car across the creek and got stuck in the water in the 3500 block of Cow Creek Road, Riddle.

FIRES

7:33 p.m. — Semi trailer is on fire near milepost 118 on Interstate 5, Roseburg.

ARRESTS

The News-Review publishes the names of individuals who have been arrested on suspicion of at least one felony charge or three misdemeanors or a combination of felony and misdemeanor charges.

Jeremy Jason Rymer, 38, of Wolf Creek, on suspicion of reckless driving, interfering with a police officer, stolen vehicle possession, methamphetamine possession, methamphetamine delivery, heroin possession and providing false information to a police officer.

Douglas Interagency Narcotics Team

Justice Colleen Black, 28, of Roseburg, on suspicion of methamphetamine possession, heroin possession and a probation violation.

Dawn Ashley Wisler, 31, of Roseburg, on suspicion of methamphetamine possession and heroin possession.

Roseburg police

Elizabeth Ann Calvillo-Hawelu, 28, of Roseburg, on suspicion of second-degree criminal trespass and methamphetamine possession.
