Douglas County sheriff

10:17 a.m. — The neighbors are using their dumpster in the 400 block of Smith Street, Riddle.

11:48 a.m. — Caller found a dog in a box trap in the 6400 block of Highway 138, Oakland.

11:53 a.m. — Profanity against the caller was spray painted on the neighbor’s property in the 27000 block of Highway 38, Scottsburg.

1:51 p.m. — Someone is cutting the wires on the caller’s dog fence in the 400 block of Hurd Street, Glide.

2:55 p.m. — Caller’s boyfriend tied her up, assaulted her and slashed her tires in Scottsburg.

4:42 p.m. — Unattended death reported in Winchester Bay.

6:24 p.m. — A 74-year-old man is standing in the middle of the road yelling for help and said he needed the police because his ID and phone has been stolen in the 3000 block of Porter Street, Roseburg.

10:17 p.m. — Caller saw a woman passed out on the steering wheel while parked in the median, then she sped off at the intersection of Old Highway 99 South and Grant Smith Road, Roseburg.

FIRES

4:27 a.m. — Possible trailer on fire near milepost 118 on Interstate 5, Roseburg.

Monday

Douglas County sheriff

Matthew Allen Bay, 27, of Sutherlin, on suspicion of attempting to elude a police office by vehicle, attempting to elude a police officer on foot, unauthorized motor vehicle use and a parole violation.

Shauna Marie Foy, 26, of Sutherlin, on suspicion of second-degree criminal trespass, unauthorized motor vehicle use and methamphetamine possession.

Frank Wayne Rossi, 67, Springfield, on suspicion of heroin delivery, methamphetamine possession and two counts of heroin possession.

Roseburg police

Edward Leon Green, 35, of Roseburg, on suspicion of third-degree escape, failing to appear on a criminal citation and a probation violation.

Winston police

Lindy Marie Huff, 22, no address provided, on suspicion of failing to appear on a criminal citation, second-degree failure to appear and third-degree theft.
