Wednesday

Douglas County sheriff

9:20 a.m. — A person threatened and “mooned” the caller after they saw her taking photos of them dumping trash in the 4400 block of Carnes Road, Roseburg.

11:47 a.m. — Caller’s neighbor tried to steal her cat by keeping it under his trailer in the 4300 block of Depriest Street, Roseburg.

2:53 p.m. — Two rafts are floating down the river with no one around in the 10000 block of Tiller Trail Highway, Days Creek.

9:27 p.m. — A motorcycle rider was following a dually towing a flatbed trailer after it rammed them off the road near milepost 172 on Interstate 5.

10:412 p.m. — A motorcycle is doing wheelies near milepost 105 on Interstate 5, Myrtle Creek.

11:32 p.m. — Caller just called in a terrorist attack against the Vancouver FBI and wants to be put on witness protection in the 14000 block of North Umpqua Highway, Roseburg.

ACCIDENTS

3:36 a.m. — A car spun out and hit the median near milepost 107 on Interstate 5, Myrtle Creek.

3:56 p.m. — A car went through a fence and off the road at the intersection of Stearns Lane and Goodman Avenue, Oakland.

ARRESTS

Jesse Lee Block, 24, of Winchester, on suspicion of methamphetamine possession, heroin possession and a parole violation.

Jacob Eugene Snyder, 24, of Grants Pass, on suspicion of heroin possession, methamphetamine possession and resisting arrest.

Douglas Interagency Narcotics Team

Victor Adair Haines, 37, no address provided, on suspicion of heroin possession, heroin delivery and a probation violation.

Roseburg police

Ronald Eugene Basinger, 44, no address provided, on suspicion of second-degree criminal trespass, resisting arrest, interfering with a police officer and an agency hold.

Brianna Elaine Delrio, 20, no address provided, on suspicion of second-degree criminal trespass, resisting arrest, interfering with a police officer and harassment.

Sutherlin police

Sheri Lynn Gilliam, 48, of Sutherlin, on suspicion of second-degree burglary, second-degree criminal trespass, methamphetamine possession and supplying contraband.
