Douglas County sheriff

10:05 a.m — Unattended death in Oakland.

1:02 p.m. — A company has been putting stickers on the caller’s grandpa’s house in the 700 block of Lawson Bar Road, Riddle.

3:46 p.m. — Caller saw three people dump a wooden box wrapped in duct tape into the bushes at the intersection of North Gazley Road and Gazley Road, Canyonville.

4:43 p.m. — After a death in the family, a man was verbally harassing people in the 2500 block of Page Road.

5:04 p.m. — Backpack was shoved in caller’s mailbox in the 100 block of Promise Avenue, Roseburg.

6:03 p.m — A woman was offering herself to truck drivers in Oakland.

ACCIDENTS

4:21 p.m — Hit-and-run in the 200 block of Umpqua View Drive, Roseburg.

FIRES

11:30 a.m. — Blue van with engine fire near milepost 115 on Interstate 5, Roseburg.

ARRESTS

The News-Review publishes the names of individuals who have been arrested on suspicion of at least one felony charge or three misdemeanors or a combination of felony and misdemeanor charges.

Wednesday

Douglas County sheriff

Kassandra Lynn Divel, 26, of Medford, on suspicion of second-degree criminal trespass, unlawful entry into a motor vehicle and attempting to commit a class C felony.
