Douglas County sheriff

8:57 a.m. — Multiple cats are locked inside a house and no one has been home for like a week in the 400 block of Harmony Drive, Roseburg.

11:07 a.m. — Unattended death reported in Myrtle Creek.

11:12 a.m. — There is a male and female hanging out behind a business and they are making the caller nervous in the 800 block of South Old Pacific Highway, Myrtle Creek.

12:02 p.m. — Caller’s third-grade son was jumped by other students on the playground last week in Yoncalla.

1:09 p.m. — Man is screaming profanities near the intersection of Pioneer Way and Northeast Stephens Street, Roseburg.

2:47 p.m. — Man was threatening the caller and said by the time he went and got a beer, the caller better be gone otherwise he’d kill her in the 75000 block of Highway 101, Winchester Bay.

8:28 p.m. — Girlfriend’s adult son is drunk and trying to get into the house in the 800 block of Union Gap Loop Road, Oakland.

FIRES

7:24 p.m. — Flames coming from a house near the intersection of Fifth Street and Reston Avenue, Dillard.

Douglas County sheriff

Jeffrey Allen Collister, 60, of Roseburg, on suspicion of felony driving under the influence of intoxicants.

Myrtle Creek police

Douglas Neil Muhlhausen, 48, of Roseburg, on suspicion of first-degree aggravated theft.

Oregon State Police

Rishell Irene Hurd, 54, of Roseburg, on suspicion of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

Reedsport police

Jacob Ryan Chaffee, 21, of Roseburg, on suspicion of attempting to elude police by vehicle, driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving.

Roseburg police

Steve Robert Chapman, 51, of Roseburg, on suspicion of first-degree criminal mischief and two counts of second-degree criminal trespass.

Sutherlin police

Ryan Tyler Smith, 39, of Roseburg, on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon, menacing and two counts of harassment.
