Tuesday

Douglas County sheriff

1:18 a.m. — Female neighbor is screaming for someone to call 911 in the 1700 block of Glengary Loop Road, Roseburg.

2:00 a.m. — Neighbor is videotaping the caller while she’s in her garage in the 300 block of North View Drive, Roseburg.

2:36 p.m. — Rape reported in Roseburg.

5:28 p.m. — Someone keeps coming over to the caller’s barn and sleeping in the hay in the 300 block of Maranatha Lane, Myrtle Creek.

6:21 p.m. — Caller’s son is on meth and harassing his elderly grandparents in the 1000 block of Laura Street, Myrtle Creek.

10:33 p.m. — Caller was arguing with his wife and she threatened to kill him in the 2500 block of Whistlers Park Road, Roseburg. He said he didn’t believe she would actually harm him but she ended up locking her self in the bedroom.

11:11 p.m. — Someone keeps letting their large dogs wander around the neighborhood in the 900 block of Buttercup Lane, Sutherlin.

ACCIDENTS

7:19 a.m. — White pickup truck crashed down an embankment near the intersection of Highway 38 and Hardscrabble Road, Drain.

7:28 a.m. — A garbage truck crashed and the driver inside is unconscious in the 17000 block of Nonpareil Road, Sutherlin.

8:10 a.m. — A small sedan is on its side on the shoulder of the road on Interstate 5 near milepost 147, Oakland.

2:04 p.m. — A FedEx truck crashed into a guardrail but the driver appears to be OK near the intersection of Austin Road and Carnes Road, Roseburg.

2:13 p.m. — Vehicle rolled over and caught fire near the intersection of Old Highway 99 North and Wilbur Road, Roseburg.

11:25 p.m. — Caller thinks he noticed a truck on the side of the road that might have crashed into an embankment on Interstate 5 near milepost 89, Canyonville.

ARRESTS

The News-Review publishes the names of individuals who have been arrested on suspicion of at least one felony charge or three misdemeanors or a combination of felony and misdemeanor charges.

Tuesday

Douglas County sheriff

Douglas Michael Grable, 28, of Elkton, on suspicion of first-degree theft, second-degree burglary, methamphetamine possession and heroin possession.

Robert Louis Tobiason, 22, of Glendale, on suspicion of fourth-degree assault, harassment and interfering with making a police report.
