A 28-year-old Roseburg man is dead after crashing his motorcycle into an oncoming car while driving westbound on Highway 138E on Saturday, according to police.
As of 9:44 p.m. Friday, all lanes of Highway 138E are open at milepost 8, east of Roseburg, after a major injury crash earlier Friday evening. Drivers were advised to take alternative routes and be aware of activity in the vicinity of the crash.
