A Winston man has been charged with disorderly conduct after causing a disturbance at the Kodiak Bar & Grill in southeast Roseburg Monday night.

Roseburg police were called to the bar when Samuel Reece Goodwin, 28, reportedly grew agitated and climbed across the bar, injuring one of the bartenders. One of the bar's patrons was able to pull Goodwin to the floor, only to be punched in the back of the head and side of the face, according to the police report.

Another patron jumped in and put Goodwin in a "control" hold and immobilized Goodwin until officers arrived.

Goodwin was lodged in the Douglas County Jail on two charges of harassment, second-degree criminal mischief and second-degree disorderly conduct, as well as a number of charges from previous cases, according to the arrest log from the jail. Bail for the disorderly conduct charge was set at $20,000.
